Integration with Google Docs to Help Improve Your PRDs

You have details to help explain your great new features that you have coming out. Help communicate them easily and effectively with Korl! When you integrate with Google Docs we will automatically, using our AI, summarize and build roadmaps based on all the work you have already done. Not only that, any changes you make to your roadmap can update back to your Product Requirements Doc (PRD) as well! This ensures that information stays in sync and all your stakeholders, both internal and external, know exactly what is coming and when.

Integration with Google Slides to ensure consistent content and visual appeal

At Korl, we know how important it is to be able to present all of your hard work to various audiences. We’re here to make that a 1 step process. Simply link your Google Slides to Korl and we’ll match the branding in Korl for a consistent visual experience. We can also import slides you already have into Korl.

Any changes you want to make to your roadmap or visuals in Korl can also update your Google Slides as well. This reinforces one of our core values of not repeating yourself by ensuring information is consistent across platforms, meeting your audiences where they are.

User information

Along with these permissions we only ask for minimal permissions to be able to allow you to sign in and be identified by your name:

- userinfo.email - This scope allows us to see your email address. We use email as a unique identifier after signing in with Google, so this scope is commonly requested. This will also help us reduce any unwanted spam to you!

- userinfo.profile - This scope gives access to basic profile information like the user's name, profile pic, etc. We request this to personalize the experience using the your name and photo. This will make it easier for others to find you and for you to be able to display a consistent profile.

- Anti-spam - The email address can be used to reduce spam signups.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Korls use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
